Medical Tourism Vietnam is an independent healthcare information and patient-support platform created to help international patients better understand healthcare options in Vietnam and across Asia.

Our aim is to make that process clearer.

Who We Are
Medical Tourism Vietnam was established as an independent platform connecting healthcare information, patient education and practical medical-travel support.
Our role is not to diagnose medical conditions or determine which treatment a patient should receive. Those decisions belong to appropriately qualified medical professionals.
Instead, we help patients navigate the information surrounding medical travel — understanding potential treatment options, identifying suitable healthcare providers and preparing the questions they may wish to ask before making a decision.
Our growing network includes hospitals, specialist medical centres, dental providers and healthcare organisations in Vietnam and other parts of Asia, including China.
Where a healthcare provider is featured on Medical Tourism Vietnam, our objective is to present useful information about its services and capabilities while encouraging patients to undertake their own research and obtain appropriate professional medical advice.
Our Role
Medical Tourism Vietnam acts as an information and patient-support platform, not as a hospital, clinic or medical practitioner.
Depending on an individual patient’s circumstances, our role may include:
- providing educational information about treatments, procedures and medical destinations;
- helping patients understand the types of healthcare providers available;
- introducing patients to selected hospitals, clinics or specialist medical centres where appropriate;
- assisting patients in understanding the information that may be required for an initial medical review;
- helping facilitate communication between international patients and healthcare providers;
- providing general information about medical travel, accommodation and other practical considerations; and
- supporting patients as they navigate the enquiry and decision-making process.
Clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, medical costs and acceptance for treatment remain the responsibility of the treating healthcare provider.
The final decision about where — or whether — to seek treatment always remains with the patient.

Our role is therefore flexible.
We may help a patient understand available options, identify relevant healthcare resources, make contact with a suitable provider, or simply provide educational information that helps them continue their own research.
Where a patient chooses to proceed with a healthcare provider, the hospital or clinic remains responsible for clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning and medical care.
Medical Tourism Vietnam’s role remains one of information, communication and patient support.
